Maximizing Rehab 2 Perform’s Brand with the Right Website

Rehab 2 Perform™ (R2P) was created to change the standard in Physical Therapy. They continue to push their brand of Physical Therapy out to the community in an effort to better serve competitive athletes, active adults and those looking to become more active, by focusing on movement, and not primarily pain.

R2P spent a lot of time brainstorming design ideas and working on content so their website, app, education and loyalty program worked together seamlessly and had the same look and feel. They wanted to make sure the website had a great user experience and the content was easy to navigate on each page.

Another challenge was setting up their forms in a way so each user can select their desired location and schedule an appointment. Determining how to display the forms for each location and the several business units was another challenge as we didn’t want to overcrowd each page with forms.

EmoryDay produced a great looking website and worked with the client to make sure every page provided valuable content to R2P’s target audience. They also set up multiple forms on the website that tracked through the dashboard to make sure each location was receiving their respective leads in a timely manner. EmoryDay continues to add new forms to the website and has also set up a Zapier for the form on the Internships page to keep track of submissions for the program. 

Since launching the new website in July 2021, website users have increased by 59%, the  form submissions jumped from 57 in June 2021 to 97 in July 2021 and continue to go up each month (they now average around 175 form submissions per month). R2P’s conversion rate also increased to 3.13%.

The client has also opened 3 new locations in Maryland state with plans to open more in the near future and the website continues to be a resource for current and prospective customers.
