Yeah, I think we were piecemealing together our social media presence, our email presence, our outward community marketing, and we were trying to find the process into how to make it not seem overwhelming, but then also understand we needed someone that understood, okay, this is how we run Google Ads, this is how we run Facebook Ads, this is how we optimize SEO for the website. I was trying to do it all by myself, and I had no clue very many times, so we were looking for someone that could help bring us all together, add process to it, so when people, our web presence and our community presence as a company really shined above all the rest, because Physical Therapy, especially in the Philadelphia area, is a very crowded space.
