Which level of service is right for my business?
We offer different levels of service for the Business Accelerator tailored to the different needs of small businesses:
Level 1 – Tune up and build a solid foundation.
Level 2 – Increase an existing brand’s visibility & effectiveness.
Level 3 – Building a brand from the ground up.
We also offer additional levels based on the complexity of the project. Additionally, we can provide individual services and custom quotes for projects. Is there an annual contract?
No, the Business Accelerator is a monthly program with no contracts or annual fees. We like to say:
“Stay as long as you like, cancel at any time, and keep all of the good work we have done for you.”
Can I change levels of service?
Yes, you can change your level of service as your business needs change. With many clients, we will start at a higher level of service and then downgrade when the time is right. To make changes, please email our accounting team or call (866) 494-2500 and select option #3.
What is the frequency of payments?
We offer a monthly service, so most of our clients pay us monthly. If you would like to pay less frequently, ask us about our discounts for quarterly and annual payments.
What types of payments do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is invoice and check. We also gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, with a small charge to cover the processing costs.
