This is a 6 week (18 hour) version similar to the CEO Accelerator for those in the western area of the State. In board room style coaching sessions (morning and evening options), owners of firms take control, insure the business delivers profits and operates productively. Learn to master the SBTDC’s strategic growth system, breaking down a business into 10 key areas to “Earn More. Work Less!” Implement a plan that creates the life you want by developing strategies that drive profits and design systems that increase employee performance.
The $100 material fee (regular cost: $648) was discounted through sponsorship from Frostburg State University, Frederick County Business Development & Retention, and Washington County Economic Development.
Space is limited to the 10 most qualified non-competing firms.
